1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using SmartAI Portal ("the Site"), operated by SmartAI Portal ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Nature of the service

SmartAI Portal is an independent review and discovery website for AI software and SaaS tools. We provide:

Curated listings of AI software with descriptions, pricing, and categorization
Editorial reviews of products we have tested ourselves
Affiliate links to vendors — clicking these may result in us earning a commission on qualifying purchases

We do not sell, license, or directly fulfill any of the AI tools featured on this Site. All purchases occur on the vendor's own website, governed by the vendor's own terms.

3. Affiliate disclosure

SmartAI Portal is a participant in affiliate programs, currently including Impact Radius and Helium 10 Direct. When you click "Get Deal" or similar links and make a purchase, we may receive a commission — at no additional cost to you. Some tools featured on the Site have no affiliate program; we include them when they are worth your attention regardless. Editorial picks and reviews are not influenced by commission rates.

4. Editorial integrity

Our reviews reflect the honest opinion of our editorial team based on hands-on testing. Vendors do not pay for placement, positive reviews, or rating manipulation. If you believe any review is inaccurate or misleading, please contact support@smartaiportal.com.

5. No warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site is free of viruses or other harmful components.

Pricing, features, and product information are subject to change by the vendors at any time. We make reasonable efforts to keep listings current but cannot guarantee accuracy at the moment of your visit. Always confirm pricing and terms on the vendor's official site before purchasing.

6. Third-party services

The Site contains links to third-party websites and services (the AI tools we review). We are not responsible for the content, products, services, terms, privacy practices, or any aspect of those third parties. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and governed by that party's own terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartAI Portal and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed USD $100.

8. Refunds and purchases

We do not process payments or fulfill any purchases. All transactions occur on the vendor's site. Refunds, warranties, support, and customer service are handled by the vendor directly per their own policies. We are not a party to any transaction between you and a vendor.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the SmartAI Portal name, and editorial reviews — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Vendor product names, logos, and trademarks featured on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used solely for identification and editorial purposes.

12. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Vietnam.
