SmartAI Portal ("we", "our", "us") operates the website at smartaiportal.com. We are an independent review site for AI software and SaaS tools. We are based in Vietnam and our contact email is support@smartaiportal.com.

If you contact us via email or sign up for our newsletter (when available), we collect your email address and any information you choose to share. We use this only to respond to you or send the digest you signed up for.
2.2 Information collected automatically
When you visit our site, we automatically collect:
- Analytics data — pages viewed, referrer, approximate location (country/city level), device type, browser. We use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization enabled.
- Affiliate click events — when you click "Get Deal" or similar links, we record the product name, destination network, and timestamp. We do not record any personal identifiers.

When you click "Get Deal" links and make a purchase from a partner vendor, we may earn a commission — at no extra cost to you. Tools without partner deals are still featured when worth your attention. Editorial picks are not influenced by commission rates.
6. Third-party services we use
- Google Analytics 4 — usage analytics. Google's privacy policy.
- Google Fonts — fonts loaded from Google's CDN.
- Affiliate networks — Impact Radius, Helium 10 Direct (set tracking cookies on the destination merchant's site after click).

Newsletter email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained for 14 months by default per Google Analytics settings. Contact emails are retained until the matter is resolved plus a reasonable archive period.

SmartAI Portal is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the site for 30 days.
